One of my favorite recipes (I haven't tried adding yogurt to it though, great idea!). Dried cranberries are a great sub for raisins if you dislike them. That's what I use.

Instead of soy yogurt, can I use greek?

Unfortunately, we cannot remember what Greek yogurt tasted like. Therefore, we cannot recommend using it. In theory, it should work fine. Let us know if you try it and how it comes out!

It is a perfect fresh salad. I often make it as a light snack or a breakfast. It is easy and quick to do, so it is one of my favourites.
