Hi Anonymous, just last week week we enabled the recipe search. Now you can type in the name of any recipe in the gray search bar (top left). Hope this helps.
I've only had the Snack book for about a week now and I've already made 6 of the recipes. All of them have been absolutely excellent! I highly recommend purchasing the book. Vegan Stoner ftw.
This looks amazing. These are some of the staples we have in our pantry. I am going to modify by using gf soy sauce (tamari). Looking forward to eating it. LOVE your site design!
Completely obsessed with this blog. Made this recipe and brought some to my night class for dinner. So simple and so delicious. Keep the amazingness coming!!
We read every comment and try to respond to direct questions within a week. Hi, wondered if 2 cups quinoa is what I have before or after cooking it? Thanks~ getting ready to make :)
Muy bueno! Just made this and it was delicious!
Hi Kaye — We just changed the recipe to be a little more clear. It should be about 2 cups of quinoa after cooking.
Yum! Cant wait to try that;)
We made this last night (w/ just 1c of uncooked quinoa), and it was delicious! Thank you for making healthy, vegan cooking simple and quick!

Made this for lunch and it was soo good!! I forgot to buy olives, so I replaced the olive juice with lime juice. The flavors worked great!
Is it supposed to be served warm or cold?
Hi Anonymous,
We think the recipe works great both warm or cold, depending on the season.
Taste awesome and is easy to get creative with!
