As a fellow stoner, this looks awesome. My partner is vegetarian and often leans towards eliminating gluten and dairy from her dishes - but I grew up in a family heavy on eating meat. My dad taught me to cook while my mom was in school and so my culinary skills were honed to the grill but limited. These days, I have reprogrammed mostly to cut out meat and if I eat it, to eat only locally raised meat that wasn't transported a billion miles that I have some shred of knowledge of the conditions of the animals. As a result, I'm learning to cook more vegetarian and vegan recipes, so that I can contribute equally to getting the meal times going. It's a work in progress, but I'm getting more versatile as I go along. As an ADHD stoner, I'm sometimes too slow / out of order for her patience, so she'll get in there and take over or get to it first. So, a quick, easy stoner vegan recipe book is exactly what I need. Lastly, I'm an artist so I have to say and your vegetable cartoons are fantastic. Thank you! I will totally buy the book when I have some spare change.
I've been doing some research on vegan recipes as I'm going to try veganism for Lent this year, and these recipes have made me very excited to get going! I'll let you know how I get on! http://lentvegan.wordpress.com/
This is so good! It's one of my favorite recipes now. I love your website so much. I am new to veganism and your simple yummy recipes make transitioning to much easier. Thank you!

Protip: Do not make this mistaking a zucchini for a cucumber. Cucumber ruins this dish.
