I just discovered your blog and cookbook, and I just want to say that all of your recipes look delicious. As a busy mom and wife, I am always looking for easy and healthy recipes to make for my family. I will definitely be trying out this gnocchi dish this week. It looks so simple and yummy!
Made this and of course it's wonderful. My boyfriend and I doubled up on the garlic because we're garlic-fiends.We used spaghetti instead of gnocchi just because of availability. I wouldn't even mind adding another chili pepper. I loved this sauce so much. I was sopping up my bread with it once the pasta was gone.

I made this a couple nights ago! Really yummy - and I had some leftover sauce that actually made really great chip dip the next day.
