Looks easy to make. LOve to try this really soon. I just learned from my daughter's doctor that I can slowly incorporate soya milk to my daughter's diet. She has been earlier on diagnosed with hypersensitivity to soya but the latest news that the doctor gave me is that, it has been proven that tolerable amounts wont be harmful to my little girl. Yey! Thanks for sharing. I'll am hooked to your posts =)

Hi myfudo. We list soymilk in many recipes as a shorthand for any type of vegan milk. We realize there are many options now available to people, i.e. almond milk, hemp milk, and rice milk. We do recommend keeping a healthy balance on soy intake, and we think it's great that you're doing your research on it. For this recipe I would guess vanilla hemp milk would be the tastiest and creamiest option.

YUM! this looks like such a good dessert! I bet it would be awesome with a berry salsa!

Wow - in my quest to vegan food blogs that I can link to my own site, I have just stumbled upon your site now. I'm very impressed! Love your fab artwork! What an original concept.

The recipes look great too - there's a few I'm going to have to try out :)

I'm not really sure what the pudding dip is, but maybe a vanilla soya dessert would work okay for this?

I've now made them for the second time. They turned out beautifully and are sooo yummy! Also, applesauce is a great dip, so is chocolate pudding mix :) THX for the inspiration

Simple and delicious! Great way to use up the last of my tortillas before they go bad. It definitely took more than 5 minutes in my oven. Closer to 10-12 min, but might just be the screwy temp on mine.

So cool - and so easy! Can't wait to try this out. Seems like a fall dessert/snack, so maybe I'll wait until the leaves turn :)
