I made this recipe and enjoyed it very much.

I've recently become vegan for my health and this blog is a big help. I'm not a great cook and through this blog I'm able to make myself something besides salad and stirfrys.

Made this the other night. Quick, simple, and delicious. I think I will add finely chopped celery to the next batch and maybe another sauce or spice!

Love this recipe! I make it all the time when I need a quick meal or don't have much in the fridge. I usually add ketchup or tomato sauce and some sriracha too. Thanks!

I had this in my to do list for ages! I put it in a wrap, added sweet corn, lettuce, cucumber, vegan mayo. Probably not Sloppy Joes anymore, but very very very very good none the less.
