A recipie-tip you might be interested in! Ypu chop up your favourtie fruits and berries into pretty small pieces (I usually goe with for example: bananas, nectarines, apples, grapes, strawberries and blueberrys.) You blend the pieces of fruit and put them in a oven tin. The you take some white chocolate (vegan ofc) and grate it over the fruits with a grater until there's quite a layer of white chocolate on it.
This is both sweet and fruity and just totally amazing! (Sorry for the spelling if anything is wrong, I'm swedish)

WOW! What a pretty summer soup! That reminds me or Hungarian fruit soups made with sour cherries or strawberries.

This looks so yummy!
Vegan sour cream isn't readily available in my area - anyone know of a substitution that may do the trick?
Hi Angie, sorry it took so long to answer this question! Hopefully it helps the next person having the same problem.
We included a homemade vegan sour cream recipe in our book. It only requires soft tofu, soymilk, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
