I have been a vegetarian for four years and have recently decided to become a vegan, and this blog has been really helpful for me - and fun! I love the illustrations.
This is THE coolest site. PLEASE continue to update with more recipes. The recipes you have are so much simpler than anything I've been able to find in a cookbook and look like things my family would actually EAT. If you ever made a cookbook, I would definately be buying it.
I just discovered your blog. After reviewing it, I was interested in different recipes. Funny thing, I saw this recipe... OMG.. I realized that it's similar my soy chorizo recipe.. but I include spinach.

My girlfriend and I just made some of the tacos and they were really great.
