I really love the so simplicity of your food and recipes. My friend got me your cookbook and as a young professional Chef i just say you are a culinary genius and this is my favorite cookbook! I wish all recipes are just like yours! Kudos to the Vegan Stoner Chef!

That looks good! Had various veggies like cauliflower and beets as "steak" but not cabbage. Yet. Will definitely try this.
