Just found my new favorite vegan blog because these are so simple and cheap (which is sometimes hard to come by). Great illustrations and I'm really looking forward to the book! I'm heading grocery shopping now to try some of these bad boys out.

This recipe is one I actually have tried many times in different variations. Unfortunately this version turned out strangely bitter and grassy... But then I added a little peanut butter... YUM!
I also really love avocado smoothies for breakfast! 1 avocado + raw honey + vanilla soymilk + ice, and blend. <3

I made this tonight, it was SO GOOD. Expect I used maple syrup instead of agave.
We had this today & it was amazingly good! Wow. I crumbled some graham crackers over the top and it was sooooo good. Love your blog!

This was delicious! I used vanilla unsweetened almond milk instead of soy and it was great. This blog is probably the best thing...ever.
