I just tried the recipe and it was delicious! I would have thought that using pita would make the whole pizza slightly wobbly and unstable, but it was crunchy and just right :)

There are so many great recipes to try here! It is hard to find really good vegan recipes that are actually easy to make. I made the pita pizzas - yummm...I want to try the rest of them too - I know by the ingredients I will like them!
