Yum yum yum yum. I need to make this. Kudos to this blog for inspiring me to buy my first package of Nutritional Yeast! (Also that illustration is RIDICULOUS. love it!)
This is so fun! I'm starting to think maybe I really could go vegan. This is my first official intentionally vegan recipe. Thank you! Great photos and fantastic illustrations. Bookmarked and shared on Twitter with friends.
Mmmm. This looks like it would be super delicious but maybe I'd swap out Italian seasoning for the 'all purpose' and maybe add a bit of vegan cream cheese instead of the nooch (not a fan.) And I'm definitely gonna add some hot pepper flakes. Thanks!!!
Wow, this was amazing!!! This entire site is amazing!!! I'm a university student and I made this for my roomates and we all loved it -- its so easy too!
My roommate and I made these! Most amazing stuffed shells ever. We added mushrooms because we are obsessed with mushrooms, but LOVE LOVE LOVE this blog! my go to for recipes. Keep 'em comin pahlease! <3 <3
Made these a few minutes ago. I didn't have kale so I used spinach. I also omitted the yeast flakes and added a bit of cumin. They turned out DELICIOUS. Thanks!
I'm on my fifth day trying to go vegan for the sake of health (my family has a long history of cancer and heart disease). Your blog has me thinking I might be able to do this for the long run!
I made these for a non-vegan friend I had over for dinner. She said they were so good that she hardly realized they were made with tofu and not ricotta cheese!

I really love your blog guys! The illustrations are really cute.
Ex-vegan here. Your recipes are so simple and sound so good and healthy that I'm going to give vegan another try. :) Keep up the great work!

Made one change, drizzled spaghetti sauce on top instead of tomatoes. Gonna try to make Lasagna with this recipe next!
