We encourage people to modify recipes according to dietary plans. Calories vary between food brands, unfortunately we can not provide accurate calorie listings since we encourage people to use products they have and or prefer.

Thanks, Ellen. Once we have an idea, it takes about 2 days to prepare each post. We are always thinking of new ideas and we're happy you've come back to see us. There should be a new post up tomorrow.

I just made this. Frickin' delicious and so easy! I found that 2 spoons of sugar were enough for me.

So delicious and unbelievably satisfying!

The only thing that I do differently sometimes, is that I'll leave the sugar out, use a lighter coconut milk, and just add a handful of chocolate chips. Mmmm.
