Hi Uccello_piccolo — You can use any type of all-purpose seasoning in place of Adobo. Garlic salt would probably work fine.
Cook on the stove or in the oven? Very confused on this one.
Hi Such — We placed an oiled pan on the stove (Step 5). Baking it in an oven would probably work also, but we haven't tried doing it that way yet.
