Great recipe! For a bit of crunch, I would add some toasted almonds or sesame seeds to the dish. :)

English Marmalade is much better than Juice+Sugar, because the peels of orange are the real source of flavor.

Awesome recipe, I made it last night. The only thing I'll do differently next time is to add less sugar. equal parts orange juice and brown sugar makes the entire dish taste a little bit too sweet. It overpowers. Other than that, great! will be making this many more times!

The first time I made this I added some habanero pepper, it went great with the sweetness of the sugar and orange juice. Now I'm marinating tofu in a batch of the "sauce" to make this recipe a second time and I will also be adding cauliflower and some corn starch to thicken it a bit. Such a delicious recipe!

I love this blog, but this recipe was for sure too sweet for these teeth. Next time I think I'll do more like 2 tbl of sugar to a half a cup of OJ.
