I never tried dill until I had it in laks dressing in Scandinavia - I bet this would be even better with a bit of sweet mustard mixed into the veganaise, if you're not a garlic fan.
I got here slightly randomly (I got lucky with it via StumbleUpon) and I'm really glad I arrived - I've missed dill! The last time I had it was when a raw food friend made a faux-fish sunflower pate with kelp and dill. Thanks for the inspiration; I've tweeted it out @thedetoxshop so the next person can get lucky with your site =)
I just discovered your blog! IT IS AWESOME!!!! are you on Facebook?? I love your pictures, your drawings, your recipes... everything about it is soo pleasing!!!
Thank you soooooo much for posting this recipe. Tried it today and it was delish. I am going to try the pesto pasta for dinner tonight. I love your recipes and the name of your blog. Keep on posting :-)
Cut bread in quarters. Mix cheese, Good Seasons mix and mayonnaise. Spread on bread quarters. Place cucumber slice on top and sprinkle with dill. Serve cold.
I made this the other day, and while I was making the veganaise, I added spinach and a little extra minced garlic. So delicious! This is definitely my new favorite sandwich. It tastes amazing with coffee. Even my carnivore friends love it!
Although theres another ice storm outside, I ate this with a cup of coffee with soy creamer and it was so wonderful !!! How could something so simple taste sooo darned good. It helps to use a good quality organic 21 grain bread, it really ups the sophistication level. Going to tell everyone about this recipe and this blog. Super Yummm !!!!

This was sooooo good. I forgot to "sprinkle with salt", but I'm not sure that would have made much of a difference. Thanks!
