You guys are awesome! This is the most brilliant way I found so far for using tempeh.

Just exploring a vegan lifestyle. I've been eating vegan for a month. I am so glad to have found your blog through StumbleUpon. You have made it look easy to prepare some of the foods I have been missing. I'll be checking in often. I love your photos and the illustrations are darling. Thanks!

I love this blog. The recipes are simple enough for a very inexperienced cook but still amazing and fancy enough to impress a guest. I also love the simple clean layout, no nonsense instructions and adorable illustrations. Please keep up the good work!!

You guys rock. Simple, straightforward and most ingredients I already own (exceptions are TVP and nutritional yeast *?!?!*). Also, I love that many of the ingredients are characters in your illustrations. That's totally how it is in my head when I cook too.

Most Sincerely,
Poor, Vegetarian College Student

i LOVE this site :)! The pictures are just so oh so perfect, they make my day! hahaha, please keep your illustrator or whomever posts up the food people. Many of these items are gluten free or can be made gluten free easily, so being a GF veg....this is the place to be!

What could I use instead of Tempeh? I am just not a fan... any ideas? Thanks!

Anonymous said...

Helen, I bet you could use firm tofu, seitan, or any other meat substitute that you like!

Hi Sheila,

We have not discontinued our blog and we have not moved to a different site. We have been preoccupied with finishing our cookbook, which will be available in early September of this year.

Check soon for a new post, and thanks for the support.
