Hi The Vegan Stoner! I just wanted to say Hi and thank you for an amazing blog. I just got into it and the design, pictures and recipes are just stunning, it makes me happy! I am a foodblogger myself and it is always lovely to get inspired by other creative souls. Great work! :)

Instead of using processed alternatives to things like mayo, why not just make your own dressing, very simply, out of a decent oil (hemp, extra virgin olive etc), some lemon juice, and herbs etc to taste?

Awesome, looks great.

This looks / sounds delicious. I picked up my first bottle of Veganaise the other day, and it tastes just like real mayo, very impressed and feel better about what I'm eating.

I used some marinated and grilled eggplant as a tempeh replacement, and the recipe turned out fabulous as usual! Thanks so much for making vegan easy and convenient!!

Hi Zakhah!

Agreed. It's best to avoid microwaves. However, we recognize that some people do not have access to a full kitchen or are in a hurry. Feel free to pan fry, oven-bake, etc. as a substitute method when reading our recipes.

Cheers,
T.V.S.
