There seems to be more than one kind of Trader Joe's pretzel rolls, we weren't able to find the one we used online. That is a bummer, but tbh it wasn't that good.
Any vegan hamburger bun or bread roll will work including any kind of loaf. Get creative and think of what your ultimate bean bun would be.
I made a quick batch of fresh salsa with tomatoes, fresh cilantro, garlic, onion, hot sauce, lemon juice and avocado pieces. It added a fresh taste that was amazing with this awesome recipe. Thanks for the great eats!

They are pretzel rolls from Trader Joe's.
perhaps they changed the recipe, but the pretzel rolls at my local TJ's has whey (milk) in the ingredients. bummer.

If anyone wants to do this the Mexican way, use bolillos! They're called molletes :)

I added a little sliced tomato to the sandwich. Was a quick, easy and tasty lunch!
